Location in the flight path of all air traffic in-&-out of the airport which was quite noisy at times. Very welcoming and incredible staff, good services. Vews of the sea and sunsets...

Thank you for wonderful stay on holidays and so close to a direct flight path with Chania airport and local air force base, a residential area with barking dogs and the nearest restaurants.

The room had a wonderful view of the pool and the sea, and it was kept very clean by the friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, with a relaxing pool and a self-contained kitchen in our room. The location was excellent, with a small shop and a bus stop within walking distance. The local bus to the nearby city was affordable and convenient. The staff, including the receptionist and the cleaner, were extremely helpful and kind.
Nothing to dislike.

Stayed at a beautiful, peaceful, and clean villa with a private swimming pool. the friendly and caring staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. They arranged transportation and even drove us to the airport to pick up our rental car. the modern studio had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. the villa was conveniently located near a supermarket and offered affordable options for renting beach towels and umbrellas.
Highly recommended for those looking for great value and a relaxing getaway. Cons: Wish I could have stayed longer.

We had very pleasant stay on holidays!!
quiet and perfect location adjacent to a direct flight path with chania airport and local air force base so there can be a fair amount of aircraft noise, chania which had a large variety of restaurants and a residential area with barking dogs, and the room was reasonably large. staff were amiable and excellant people. there was a very clean pool and views of the sea.

I always return to this wonderful place for my stay. The staff kindly helped me with ticket printing on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, cookware, A/C, airport shuttle. , there's a pool, beach access, and sun loungers. No pets/smoking. Coming back for Christmas!

We had the most incredible view to wake up to every morning at Villa Alexander. It felt like a dream! The swimming pool was also very nice and the staff were friendly. The location was peaceful and not too far from the beach or Chania. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a major plus. Despite a few minor issues like the unconventional shower and some maintenance details, our overall stay was great. We didn't mind the weak WiFi since we spent most of our time outside anyway. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was regularly cleaned and felt like a home away from home. Kiki was kind and a motherly figure. Alexandros was a great communicator. the apartment faced a clean, crystal blue pool and the sea. Fast internet allowed for easy remote work. Walks to the beach were less than 10 minutes, but good shoes were needed.
Felt like relaxing at home, nothing too much trouble.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Alexander in Kalathas. The host, Mimosa, was incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the value for money was unbeatable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole surroundings was impeccable. The location outside of Chania provided a peaceful getaway, with plenty of beaches and interesting places to explore. The local bus stop was within walking distance, making it easy to get to Chania and other attractions. The small complex never felt overcrowded, and the receptionist was very helpful. a fantastic experience.

The apartment was spacious and accommodating, and we enjoyed having access to a pool and lawn chairs. the nearby beach was very convenient, allowing for easy access to relaxation and water activities. - the host was helpful and provided useful information about the best places to visit in the area.
Limited restaurant options in the vicinity, forcing us to take a taxi into town for more choices. The wifi was not reliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.
